Convergence Biomaterials Research (CBR) Lab strives to develop and evaluate novel therapeutics and diagnostics using biomaterials and drug-delivery technologies for various applications in medicine. Our ultimate goal is to translate these technologies into the clinic in order to improve the quality and quantity patients’ lives. To this end, we study and combine the tools of biomaterials, molecular biology, bioengineering, and immunology to address urgent unmet clinical needs and to invent new innovative therapies.
